WAR

I have this war experience many many times. i really dont understand why writer and director is having war on any concept. I am trying to figure it out, but dont get an answer.
How it starts ..writer comes with his  written concept to the director. if director likes the concept , he put forward to producer , then producer and director decides to move with this project. and the war starts. when all things get confirmed, writer and director  seats with producer for further discussion of the writing screen play, dailouges, then artist and locations.

And the war starts there many times.. cause writer had something in his or her mind and that way he or she put it on the paper, but director many times thinks practical way, he sees the things very grounded way. so both persons ego starts clashing...
Sometimes  such things like EGO dont clash between writer and director.but such things happens very very rare.
Not necessary such issue happens all the times, but yes... many times clash happens.
but let me tell you writers are the most important part of film industry. writers write story on the papers then only directors like us gonna film it. May be clashes happens for the best for any creative work .
 Once again i repeat, i respect all my writers but  our clash is unavoidable. not like EGO but way of thinking differs, every personality is different, so the thinking is different, and when two diffrient personalities meet and work for a long time, clash is unavoidable.
